1 Chocolate FAQS
1.1 What type of chocolate do you have?

We have Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Orange Chocolate, Ivory Chocolate, and Peanut Butter Chocolate.

1.2 Do you have any dairy-free chocolate?

At this time, we unfortunately do not have any dairy-free chocolate. All of our chocolates (including Dark and Ivory) do have some form of milk-fat in them. We are working on getting some vegan chocolate but with the current chocolate shortage, we are having trouble getting anything in.

1.3 Do you make all your own chocolates?

Yes! We create a special blend of chocolates and hand-dip all our candies.

1.4 Who makes the chocolates?

We create all of our chocolates in-house. Rich King (Owner) and Karen Nowak (General Manager) hand-dip every piece of candy and have been for almost thirty years!

2 Store FAQS
2.1 Do you have indoor seating?

Yes! We ask that you order at the counter when you come in, but then feel free to sit back and relax as we will bring your ice cream to you.

Please note: we stop indoor seating 20 minutes prior to closing every day.
2.2 Do you have more than one location?

At the moment, we are only at our shop in Kenmore. If you can't get to us, we do offer DoorDash, GrubHub, and shipping!

2.3 Is your store open all year round?

Yes! We are open everyday except Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

 

If for some reason we are unable to open or need to close early for any reason, we always update our Facebook page and google!

3 Shipping FAQS
3.1 What company do you use for shipping?

We currently use USPS for all our USA-based shipping. For international customers, we try to use the least expensive option. If you have a preference on who your items are shipped with, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!

3.2 Should I purchase an ice pack to be included in my package?

We always recommend an ice pack for shipping to hotter climates. If you aren't sure if it's necessary, it's always better to be safe than sorry! We cannot be held responsible for packages that melt before they make it to their destination if there were not ice packs purchased for it.

 

If you choose to purchase an ice pack, we may add more than one depending on the package's destination, at no extra charge to you.
